据李凯尔的朋友透露，中国篮协去年夏天开始和李凯尔接触，篮协主席姚明和李凯尔有过通话；李凯尔知道中国男篮主教练乔尔杰维奇和易建联，对其他的可能还不太熟悉。

本赛季，安德森为森林狼出战67场比赛，场均上阵28.3分钟可以得到9.4分5.3篮板4.9助攻1.1抢断0.9盖帽，合计拿下3次三双。
